Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Participate in discussions with potential investee companies to understand business models and investment requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data for ongoing and prospective transactions.
  • Pitch Deck Analysis & Preparation: Review client pitch decks, analyze business models, and assist in creating high-quality presentations for investors.
  • Due Diligence Reporting: Support due diligence processes by preparing detailed reports covering financial, business, and operational aspects.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis to support investment decision-making.
  • Transaction Support: Assist the respective team in the execution of fundraising, valuations, and other deal-related activities.
