Job Title Business Development (Brand Merchandise) We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Manager Business Development (Brand Merchandise) to drive revenue growth through strategic brand merchandise solutions. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, ideal for someone who has deep expertise in business development, merchandise procurement, and client engagement. You will own the end-to-end client lifecyclefrom understanding client needs and solutioning, to execution and delivery. Merchandise Solutioning & Proposal Building: Understand client objectives and create compelling merchandise strategies aligned with branding, marketing, or employee engagement goals. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Ownership: Take complete responsibility for project execution, including vendor coordination, product customization, approvals, and on- time delivery. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Act as the single point of contact for key accounts. 1

Suggest innovative merchandise ideas and category expansions. ¢ Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of business pipeline, project delivery, and billing. Provide sales forecasts, revenue projections, and MIS reports. ¢ ¢ Proven experience in B2B Sales, Brand Merchandise, and Corporate Gifting Solutions Excellent Client Relationship Management and Consultative Selling skills ¢ ¢ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously ¢ ¢ Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and performance-oriented environment Key Skills Must Have ¢ ¢ Experience working with corporate clients, agencies, or in a merchandise-focused startup or enterprise Demonstrated ability to independently manage large-scale client accounts and high-value merchandise projects ¢ Understanding of Corporate Gifting Industry Key Skills Good to have 2
