Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements. The role also involves analyzing project needs, liaising with stakeholders, and effectively communicating technical and commercial details for successful tender submissions. The specialist will ensure timely submissions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tender Management and understanding of procurement processes
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the power industry or related sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
