Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, located at the New Delhi office. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process, preparing detailed proposals, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements. The role also involves working closely with the procurement department, analyzing data, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the tendering process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating tender proposals and data
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience in Procurement and knowledge of sourcing processes
• Time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with government and corporate tendering procedures is advantageous
