The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems and ensuring the safety and security of the designated premises. Day-to-day tasks include real-time monitoring of security cameras, promptly reporting any suspicious activity or incidents, maintaining a record of observations, and troubleshooting basic technical issues with the CCTV system. The operator will also ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems Ability to identify and respond to irregular or suspicious activities Attention to detail, strong observational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of incident reporting and maintaining accurate logs Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV equipment Excellent communication and coordination skills Prior experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education level
