Serve as quality assurance to ensure brand compliance across all email and landing page assets. Follow marketing automation processes and workflow documentation to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error. Performance: Meet or exceed internal SLAs and seamlessly coordinate across time zones as needed. Qualifications and Required Skills Experience: A minimum of 4 years of project management experience , with at least 1 year focused on managing marketing projects . Experience working with a Marketing Automation tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or Salesforce Pardot . Previous familiarity and direct experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Experience managing an email marketing team. Tools: Hands-on experience with any project management tool like JIRA, Workfront, Asana, or Zoho . Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Job Title: Transport Incharge Location: KLH Aziz Nagar Campus, Hyderabad Experience Required: 5 - 8 Years Department: Administration / Facilities Management Role & responsibilities Fleet Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the transport department (buses, vans, etc.). Maintain updated records of all vehicles insurance, registration, fitness certificates. Ensure optimal routing, fuel efficiency, and timely maintenance of vehicles. Driver Supervision: Monitor driver behavior, attendance, and discipline. Conduct periodic training and safety briefings for drivers and helpers. Scheduling & Routing: Design and implement effective bus routes covering all pickup points. Monitor GPS and ensure on-time arrivals and departures. Handle transport arrangements for academic tours, special events, etc. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all transport operations comply with RTO and safety regulations. Maintain records of accidents, if any, and take corrective actions. Coordinate with insurance providers for claims and documentation. Communication: Serve as a liaison between students, parents, drivers, and management. Address grievances and emergencies quickly and efficiently. Maintain an open line of communication with the academic and admin departments. Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in transport budgeting and cost control. Generate periodic reports on transport efficiency, fuel consumption, and incidents. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Administration / Logistics / Transport Management or related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in Universities/institutional transport operations. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and RTO compliance. Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies responsibly. Preferred candidate profile Experience in handling large fleets (10+ vehicles). Familiarity with Hyderabads routes and traffic conditions. Multilingual (Telugu, Hindi, English) for better coordination.
