Role Overview

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and structured onboarding processes
  • Drive employee training, development, and engagement programs
  • Design, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate payroll, performance reviews, appraisals, and HR operations
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes, performance management, and HR systems
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in the NGO or non-profit sector is an added advantage
