Role Overview

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and structured onboarding processes
Drive employee training, development, and engagement programs
Design, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and documentation
Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal compliance
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Coordinate payroll, performance reviews, appraisals, and HR operations
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Working knowledge of payroll processes, performance management, and HR systems
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Prior experience in the NGO or non-profit sector is an added advantage
