Architect

💼 The

- Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings for residential and commercial projects

- Create concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation using BIM/CAD software

- Conduct site surveys, analyse architectural requirements, and prepare project briefs

- Prepare 3D visualisations and presentations for clients and stakeholders

- Coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, Goa building bye-laws, and environmental regulations

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks during construction phases

- Collaborate with planning authorities for approvals and NOC requirements

- Maintain project documentation and update design as per client feedback

- Lead design team and mentor junior architects/designers

- Stay updated with architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies

Required Qualifications & Skills 🎖️

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institute (mandatory)

- Master's degree or additional certifications preferred

- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred

Experience: 🔢

- 2-5 years of professional architectural experience

- Proven portfolio with 5-8 completed projects (residential/commercial)

- Experience in project management and client coordination

- Knowledge of Goa building codes and regulatory requirements

Technical Skills: 🧑‍💻

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (preferred)

- BIM software expertise (Revit, ArchiCAD) is highly preferred

- 3D visualisation tools (3DS Max, Lumion, Enscape)

- Knowledge of building design standards and construction practices

- Familiarity with STAAD Pro or structural design software

- MS Office and project management tools
