The company operates three advanced manufacturing facilities in Daman, Dahej, and Coimbatore, including India’s largest single-location integrated plant for plasticizers. Key Responsibilities :


1. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

  • Maintain a healthy and transparent work environment between management and workforce.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, domestic inquiries, and dispute resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, workers, and contract workforce.
  • Assist management during negotiations, settlements, and statutory labour processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Standing Orders, HR policies, and labour law requirements.
  • 2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise time office operations including attendance, leave management, overtime, and shift planning.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files, HR systems, and records.
  • Manage office administration including housekeeping, premises hygiene, access control, and security.
  • Oversee canteen and transportation operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • 3. Statutory Compliance, Government Liaison & Audit

  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable State and Central labour laws, Factory Act norms, and other statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with government authorities for approvals, licenses, inspections, and renewals.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including HR, payroll, compliance, and statutory audits.
  • Maintain records and prepare statutory reports (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) as per regulatory requirements.
  • 4. Welfare, Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead welfare initiatives including employee health, well-being, and facility improvements.
  • Conduct employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and communication forums.
  • Organize corporate events such as annual day, safety day, festivals, and training programs.
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives aligning with corporate strategy and community development.


  • 5. Security & Safety Oversight

  • Ensure deployment and proper functioning of security personnel and systems.
  • Monitor discipline, visitor management, and emergency preparedness.
  • Collaborate with EHS and operations teams to maintain a safe and compliant plant environment.
  • 6. Performance, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Provide leadership in performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, track key HR metrics, and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure smooth operations of all plant HR, welfare, and administrative functions.
