Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Maintain a healthy and transparent work environment between management and workforce. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, domestic inquiries, and dispute resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, workers, and contract workforce. Assist management during negotiations, settlements, and statutory labour processes. Ensure adherence to Standing Orders, HR policies, and labour law requirements. 2. HR Operations & Administration Supervise time office operations including attendance, leave management, overtime, and shift planning. Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files, HR systems, and records. Manage office administration including housekeeping, premises hygiene, access control, and security.
