Role Overview

The Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, managing recruitment, and ensuring a productive work environment. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in coordination with the finance team.
  • Assist in conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics to improve workforce planning.
  • Work with Director HR to support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

    .
  • 5+ years of experience in

    HR management, talent acquisition, or organizational development

    .
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working with

    think tanks, non-profits, government agencies, or corporate organizations

    preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software, compliance management, and data-driven HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
