Job Description

As an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager at Mpower, a leader in power backup and solar energy solutions, your role will be crucial in building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and driving HR excellence. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees - Designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks - Performance management and employee engagement initiatives - Conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining workplace harmony - Overseeing training & development programs for skill upgradation - Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning Qualification Required: - MBA or PG Diploma in HR or equivalent - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering companies) - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and compliance processes - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools If you're an HR professional seeking a dynamic workplace where your ideas can make a difference, we welcome you to apply and join us in building a great workplace together.,
