Requirements

• Master’s degree in

  Human Resources

  or related field.

• 5–6 years

  of proven experience in HR leadership roles.
• Expertise in

  talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee grievance management, training & development, and employee engagement

  .
• Proficiency in

  recruitment, performance management, HR compliance, payroll, and policy development

  .
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
