Head of Digital Marketing

Job Description • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. • Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and performance marketers to deliver high-impact campaigns. • Plan and execute campaigns across all major digital channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. • Optimize user funnels and website performance through A/B testing, analytics, and CRO strategies. • Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc. • Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to achieve performance goals. • Drive organic growth through effective SEO and content strategies. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and evaluate new tools and platforms for potential adoption. • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Design) to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize for traffic, engagement, and lead generation. • Drive continuous optimization through data-driven decisions and conversion rate optimization techniques. • Keep up with digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' content strategies. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success. • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and data-driven decision making. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies is a plus.
