Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Performance Trainer located in Kochi. The Sales Performance Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, enhancing sales skills, and ensuring consistent learning and development across the sales team. The trainer will conduct presentations, work closely with sales staff to improve their communication and customer service skills, and regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure the highest sales standards are met.
