About the Role

Placement Manager

✨ Key Responsibilities

✅ Execute all placement-related duties and ensure timely completion

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and achieve placement targets

✅ Liaise with companies and align student interviews with job openings

✅ Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career development

✅ Schedule and follow up on interviews between students and employers

✅ Maintain employer databases and up-to-date job listings

✅ Organize recruitment drives and conduct mock interviews

✅ Keep accurate records of placement activities and outcomes

✅ Build and sustain strong corporate relationships to drive placement opportunities

✅ Collaborate with academic teams for seamless placement integration

✅ Report daily activities and insights to management
