Human Resources Manager

As an HR Executive/Manager at Jain Software in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. - Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads for hiring decisions. - Address employee concerns and create a positive work environment. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events. - Ensure workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms. - Identify training needs and organize professional development programs. - Support managers in employee performance improvement plans. - Develop and enforce company policies aligned with labor laws. - Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance. - Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. - Manage leave policies, insurance, and other HR benefits. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Fresher or 1 year of experience in an HR role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
