Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes overseeing recruitment, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work environment. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting the company's strategic goals and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes.

2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

3. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.

4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Manage payroll.

6. Promote a positive work environment and culture.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR sourcing: 3 years (Preferred)
