Job Description

Recruitment and hiring: Manage the process from posting job openings and reviewing resumes to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Compensation and benefits: Develop and manage compensation strategies and administer employee benefits programs.
Training and development: Create and implement training programs to develop employees and support future business needs.
Employee relations: Mediate employee disputes, manage performance issues, and promote a healthy and positive work environment.
