About the Role

HR Manager

You will play a key role in shaping company culture, managing people processes, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 

  entire HR lifecycle

   — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and manage 

  recruitment planning and execution.

• Oversee 

  attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance

   (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain updated 

  employee records and HR MIS reports.

• Develop and implement 

  HR policies, SOPs, and training programs.

• Drive 

  employee engagement activities, grievance handling,

   and internal communication initiatives.
• Support the management in implementing 

  Kaizen / performance appraisal frameworks

   and continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal audits.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 7+ years

   of proven experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in 

  manufacturing / jewelry / design / production environments.

• Strong understanding of 

  labour law compliance, HRMS systems, and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across departments with tact and confidentiality.
