Job Title: HR Manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Vellore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions, including recruitment, HR operations, policy formulation, statutory compliance, HR business partnering (HRBP), payroll, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, align HR practices with business objectives, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement independently HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success. Partner with leadership to manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring, onboarding, and employer branding. Manage HR operations, including HRIS, employee records, process automation, and compliance audits. Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks. Administer payroll, compensation structures, benefits, and statutory payments with accuracy. Drive performance management, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and career development. Implement training and development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities. Strengthen employee engagement through retention strategies, cultural initiatives, and well-being programs. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness. Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), aligning HR initiatives with business needs. Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics like attrition, engagement, and performance trends. Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Oversee smooth onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions to enhance employee experience. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a positive workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, compliance, HRBP, and payroll. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office. Show more Show less
