Designation : Lead Software Engineer (Python Django | React.js) We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Python Django and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications, leveraging the Django framework for robust backend solutions and React.js for engaging front-end user experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of complex web applications, utilizing the Python Django framework for the backend and React.js for the frontend. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners and business analysts, to gather and analyze detailed requirements, and meticulously define project scopes and objectives. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence within the development team. Drive the adoption and adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles, ensuring high code quality, reusability, and maintainability throughout the entire development lifecycle. Lead efforts in performance optimization, comprehensive debugging, and proactive troubleshooting of web applications to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience. Collaborate seamlessly with other cross-functional teams, such as Quality Assurance and DevOps, to ensure smooth integration, continuous deployment, and operational stability of applications. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Proven experience of 5-6 years in software development, with a significant portion in a senior developer role demonstrating leadership capabilities. Backend Expertise : Expertise in Python Django Framework, including experience with ORM, authentication, and RESTful API development. Frontend Expertise : Expertise in React.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Web Technologies : Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with various frontend libraries and frameworks. API Development : Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Database Management : Solid understanding and experience with Database Management concepts, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Version Control : Proficient in using Version Control systems, particularly Git. DevOps : Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Testing & Debugging : Strong experience with Unit Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting web applications. Agile Methodologies : Proven experience leading agile software development teams and working effectively in an agile environment. SDLC : Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Project Management : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
