Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Goregaon Mumbai Head Office

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Director


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team, who is proficient in handling HRMS systems, designing and implementing Key Result Areas (KRAs), and developing efficient organizational structures. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and strong understanding of HR operations, systems, and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • KRA Design and Implementation:

  • Work with department heads to design and define KRAs and KPIs for various roles across the organization.
  • Align KRAs with organizational goals and employee performance management systems.
  • Track and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
  • HRMS Implementation & Management:

  • Maintain and operate the HRMS system for employee data, attendance, payroll, and performance management.
  • Ensure timely data input, accuracy, and regular updates within the system.
  • Support integration of HR processes within the HRMS platform.
  • Organizational Structure Development:

  • Assist in defining clear reporting lines, role hierarchies, and departmental structures.
  • Contribute to organizational planning to support business growth and agility.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts and role descriptions.
  • General HR Operations:

  • Assist in policy development and communication.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRMS platforms
  • Proven experience in developing KRAs and organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR analytics or performance management is a plus.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for automating HR processes.
