About the Job

As the HR Manager, you will be the first dedicated HR professional in the company and will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function from the ground up. You will manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to policy formulation, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Proven ability to independently set up and run HR processes from scratch in a growing organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, MBA in HR, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or allied industries.
  • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools and ability to implement HR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.


Responsibilities

  • Establish HR systems, processes, and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
  • Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and grievance redressal.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Build HR analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
