Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in and referral customers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle as per their needs and preferences. Explain product features, specifications, finance & insurance options. Achieve monthly sales targets of new cars and related products (insurance, accessories, etc.). Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely communication. Coordinate with other departments (finance, service, delivery) for a smooth customer experience. Job Purpose To manage the end-to-end Human Resources function for the automobile dealership/organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and administration, ensuring a productive workforce and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Manpower Planning & Recruitment Hire and retain manpower for Sales, Service, Workshop, Accounts, and Support. Conduct recruitment drives and ensure smooth onboarding/induction. Training & Development Organize product, technical, and soft skills training in coordination with OEMs. Monitor training completion and effectiveness. Performance Management Implement KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems. Address non-performance with corrective action plans. Employee Engagement & Welfare Conduct engagement activities and grievance handling. Maintain discipline, uniform policy, and positive culture. Payroll & Compliance Attendance, leave, salary, and incentive processing. Maintain accurate HR MIS. Policy & Process Implementation Develop/update HR policies. Support internal/external audits and enforce workplace discipline.
