Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks will include developing HR strategies, managing payroll and benefits, handling employee grievances, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The manager will also collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Strong skills in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Experience in payroll management and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
