Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, developing, and managing HR policies, conducting employee performance reviews, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee management Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar role is a plus Compliance & Labour Laws • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labour law requirements for a Private Limited Company in India, such as: o PF (Provident Fund) o ESI (Employees’ State Insurance) o Professional Tax o Shops & Establishments Act / CLRA (as applicable) o Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity, POSH Act compliance o Payroll compliance & returns filing • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities. • Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits.
