We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing team, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement

    effective talent acquisition strategies

    to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Oversee

    induction, training, and orientation programs

    for new hires.
  • Plan and execute

    employee engagement activities

    to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with

    HR policies, statutory requirements, and payroll coordination.

  • Handle grievance management and support conflict resolution in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation as required.

  • Support leadership in HR strategy, retention, and performance management initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4

    years of hands-on experience

    in HR & recruitment functions.
  • Strong knowledge of

    recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

    and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in

    IT or Digital Marketing recruitment.

  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.

  • Understanding of modern HR trends and employee engagement techniques.
