As we scale, we’re looking for an HR / TA Consultant to lead our end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations . Role Overview: As an HR / TA Consultant at Fotato , you will be responsible for hiring top talent, optimizing HR processes, and building a strong employer brand . You will work closely with leadership to develop scalable hiring strategies , ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain high-performing employees across Sales, Operations, Tech, and Marketing . Key Responsibilities:1️⃣ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment ✅ End-to-End Hiring: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts & onboarding . ✅ High-Volume Hiring: Recruit for key roles in Sales, Delivery Operations, and Customer Support at scale. ✅ Leadership & Niche Hiring: Build pipelines for Director, VP & CXO-level positions . ✅ Recruitment Automation: Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for process efficiency. ✅ Diversity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive hiring practices to build a diverse workforce . 2️⃣ Workforce Planning & HR Strategy ✅ Hiring Roadmap: Work with leadership to forecast hiring needs for expansion into Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities . ✅ Compensation & Benefits: Define competitive salary structures aligned with market benchmarks. ✅ Employer Branding: Enhance Fotato’s visibility through social media, career pages & hiring campaigns . ✅ Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Attrition Trends). 3️⃣ HR Operations & Compliance ✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) . ✅ Streamline HRMS integration for payroll, attendance & performance tracking . ✅ Develop & implement HR policies for retention, training, and employee well-being . 4️⃣ Onboarding & Employee Engagement ✅ Build a structured onboarding program to enhance employee experience. ✅ Monitor employee satisfaction & drive engagement initiatives . ✅ Work with managers to establish performance appraisal frameworks . Key Requirements: ✔ 2 + years of HR & TA experience , preferably in Startups / Food Delivery / E-commerce / Logistics . ✔ Proven track record of hiring at scale (Sales, Ops, Tech & Leadership roles). ✔ Strong knowledge of HR tools (ATS, HRMS, Payroll Systems) . ✔ Experience in labor law compliance, compensation structures & HR policy design . ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . ✔ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills .
