Job Description: As an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant at ChainSys, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle HRMS modules. Your main tasks will include requirement gathering, solution design, configuring applications, testing, and providing user training and support. You will collaborate closely with clients to optimize HR processes and ensure seamless system integration.
