Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Functional Specialist located in Madurai. The Finance Functional Specialist will be responsible for analyzing finance business processes, configuring ERP solutions, conducting data validation, and providing training for end users. The specialist will also liaise with stakeholders to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and ERP systems
• Experience with data validation, data management, and financial data accuracy
• Ability to configure ERP solutions and support system upgrades
• Proficiency in providing training and support to end-users
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
