About the Role:

HR Lead

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR generalist capabilities with a passion for building teams, enhancing employee experience, and driving people processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA):

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all functions – from workforce planning, sourcing, screening to onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines through multiple channels – job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires on time.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Talent Management (TM):

• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support career development planning.
• Develop and execute training and development programs based on business needs.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee retention and internal mobility.

HR Operations:

• Oversee all HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth functioning of HR systems.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and internal HR policies.

Employee Engagement & Events:

• Design and implement employee engagement programs to build a connected and motivated workforce.
• Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees to address queries, feedback, and concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of proven experience in an HR generalist role, covering both

  TA and TM

  .
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in event planning or culture-building activities is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in the

  education, startup, or service sector

  is desirable.
