Our team values collaboration, transparency, and a people-first approach to work.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our on-site team and support day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced tech environment.You’ll assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. You’ll also get a chance to work closely with the leadership team to understand organizational development, performance tracking, and policy execution.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support hiring drives and internship program coordination.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
  • Plan and support internal events, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance with HR policies.
Documentation & Policy Support
  • Prepare offer letters, internship certificates, and HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR processes and policies.
Learning & Development
  • Participate in HR strategy discussions and process improvements.
  • Gain practical exposure to modern HR tools and employee management systems.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HR software or tools (Zoho People, Notion, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
