Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves daily interaction with employees, supporting HR-related queries, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the intern will participate in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in HR Policies implementation and Employee Benefits management
• Personnel Management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of HR compliance and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
