• Learn and apply US work authorization types (H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Provide administrative support during onboarding and compliance processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA in HR or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resource operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.

2. Sales Fresher – US Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential US clients and decision-makers (HR, Procurement, IT).
• Assist with outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Help schedule sales meetings and maintain CRM updates (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution and reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or client engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, quick learner, and goal-driven mindset.
• Open to working night shifts aligned with US time zones.

• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement, HR).
• Perform outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Support proposal development and manage RFP/RFQ tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns.
• Build and manage a pipeline of staffing prospects across various industries.
• Stay current on US staffing trends and job market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (US staffing/recruitment preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Self-starter with a passion for client engagement and target achievement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to IT/Tech staffing or VMS/MSP sales environments.
• Understanding of H-1B, C2C, and 1099 contracting models.
• Experience supporting Tier-1 vendors or direct client acquisitions.
