Duration: 4-6 months (possibility of full-time role)

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams

• Support onboarding formalities for new joiners

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and documentation

• Support preparation of HR letters (offer, confirmation, internship letters, etc.)

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning employee engagement activities

• Support internal communication and team initiatives

Compliance & Policies

• Help with HR policy documentation and updates

• Support basic compliance-related tasks as guided

General HR Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR or related field)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of HR concepts

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Willingness to learn and take ownership
