Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Noida. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the daily operations of the HR department, including scheduling interviews, handling joining formalities, and personnel management. Your tasks will also include providing support for HR management activities, organizing and maintaining employee records, and helping to develop employee programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
• Experience or knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
