WordPress Developer

WEB24 is a modern digital agency that builds high-performing websites for brands that want results.

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer with a strong foundation in Elementor, WooCommerce, and modern web practices to join our core team.

This is a full-time on-site position where you’ll work closely with the Founder to convert finalized Figma designs and written content into fully functional WordPress websites. You’ll follow clear processes and SOPs, ensuring every project meets our design, performance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, responsive, and optimized WordPress websites using Elementor and premium themes.

Convert finalized Figma UI/UX designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect websites.

Build and maintain WooCommerce websites, handling setup, customization, and integrations for e-commerce projects.

Write custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP) when needed to enhance functionality and achieve design precision.

Follow and maintain company SOPs for development, SEO, and deployment processes.

Take complete ownership of assigned projects — from setup to launch — ensuring every website meets performance, design, and SEO standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve plugin, theme, or performance issues independently before escalation.

Collaborate with the Founder, Content Writer, and other team members to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.

Handle revisions and client feedback efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Mentor junior developers casually and contribute to improving internal processes.

Use tools like Figma, Canva, cPanel, and our internal project management system for daily tasks.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.

Strong expertise in Elementor and the ability to customize themes or template kits.

Proficient in writing custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) when required.

Solid hands-on experience with WooCommerce, including setup, plugin integration, and optimization.

Good understanding of on-page SEO, website performance, and speed optimization.

Experience working with Figma for UI handoffs and Canva for basic graphic adjustments.

Ability to manage cPanel, hosting environments, and troubleshoot server-level issues.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills — able to fix issues independently.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering complete, high-quality projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.

Clear communication skills and readiness to collaborate closely with the Founder and team.

A proactive attitude — willing to learn, mentor juniors, and contribute to internal process improvement.

What We Offer

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).

About the Role

You’ll receive a detailed project brief, finalized design, and written content for every project.

Your focus will be on translating these into a seamless, functional website — following our workflow and quality benchmarks. On average, you’ll work on about four projects per month, including revisions.
