Perform outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales team. Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Support proposal development and manage RFP/RFQ tracking. Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns. Build and manage a pipeline of staffing prospects across various industries. Stay current on US staffing trends and job market dynamics. ✅ Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (US staffing/recruitment preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours. Self-starter with a passion for client engagement and target achievement.
