This role is based onsite in Madhapur, Hyderabad, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a Scrum environment, skilled in SQL and Power BI, and able to deliver business insights through data analysis.🔑 Key Responsibilities:🤝 Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.🧠 Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover actionable business insights.📊 Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.🏃♂️ Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.🛍️ Provide data analysis and reporting across key retail metrics like sales, inventory, and customer behavior.✅ Perform data validation and ensure quality and accuracy.📢 Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.🛠️ Key Skills & Qualifications:🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.📅 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the retail sector.🧾 Strong expertise in SQL – complex queries, joins, subqueries, and optimization.📈 Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and interactive dashboards.📦 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.🗣️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.🌟 Preferred Qualifications:🔄 Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).🐍 Basic scripting knowledge in Python or R is a plus.📃 Contract Details:🏢 Location: Onsite – Madhapur, Hyderabad, India⏳ Contract Duration: [Insert Duration – e.g., 6 or 12 months, extendable]🕒 Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST🚀 Expected Joining: Within 15 to 30 days
