Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry? Look no further than Splashgain Technology Solutions Private Limited! We are seeking a dynamic 'HR Executive (intern)' to join our team and assist in various HR functions.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

2. Employee records administration: Maintain accurate employee records and streamline onboarding processes.

3. HR policy development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring employee compliance.

4. Payroll and benefits administration: Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits, including group medical insurance.

5. Performance appraisals: Aid in the performance appraisal process, helping evaluate and enhance employee performance.

6. Training and orientation: Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs, aligning them with organizational goals and career development.

7. Employee engagement: Design and execute initiatives like recognition programs and team-building activities to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

8. Employee relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to foster positive employee relations and enhance workplace morale.

  • 9. HRMS expertise: Utilize greytHR HRMS for efficient HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Other requirements

5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
