Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhandup, Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions, including employee resourcing, HR management, and personnel management. The Intern will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, manage employee benefits, and support overall HR operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
