About the Role

HR Intern

What you will do

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Maintain HR records, databases, and performance trackers
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Contribute to HR policy drafts, reports, and internal communication
• Work closely with senior HR members on day-to-day tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Interest in HR, people operations, and culture building
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Freshers / final-year students are welcome
