Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets, reports, and HR records
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee file management
  • Assist in daily HR operations, employee interactions, and communication tasks
  • Participate in HR activities, employee engagement, and compliance-related work
  • Provide timely updates and maintain strong coordination with the HR team


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in HR
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus
