Responsibilities

• Assist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
• Help in developing HR policies for a remote e-commerce setup.
• Coordinate with team members for smooth internal communication.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and internship postings.

Eligibility

• Education:

  MBA (HR) – pursuing or recently completed.

• Experience:

  Completed any internship in HR or related field (preferred).

• Certifications:

  HR, recruitment, or management-related certifications (added advantage).
