Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. This is an on-site role located in Roorkee, and daily tasks will include organizing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting various HR initiatives to foster a productive and positive workplace environment.

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus
