About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in daily HR operations and an opportunity to learn and contribute to core HR functions. As an HR Intern at BuildINT, you’ll support the HR team in maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with talent management activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Help manage employee benefits and assist in documentation

• Contribute to recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications

• Work on special HR projects and assist in strategy implementation

✅ Qualifications:

• Understanding of core HR concepts including HR operations, policies, and employee management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized with attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team

• MBA in HR preferred
