Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Mumbai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers, providing product information. Additionally, tasks include following up on inquiries, maintaining customer databases, through effective communication and relationship-building. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer relationship management and database management Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient Strong problem-solving skills and sales-driven attitude Relevant experience in tele-calling or telemarketing is an added advantage High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus Location : Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Powai Salary : 10k - 12k Show more Show less
