Telle Caller Executive:
We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Tele caller Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for explaining our services, nurturing leads, and setting up meetings for final conversions.
Job description
Responsibilities:
Call leads generated via marketing and digital platforms
Explain company services like Web Development, WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, Automation Software etc.
Follow-up with interested prospects and schedule meetings
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and responses
Support the Business Development team in lead conversion
Coordinate with internal teams for service-related queries
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi & English
Strong persuasion and listening skills
Basic knowledge of digital services (training will be provided)
Confident, enthusiastic, and professional voice presence
Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, or lead management software
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into action
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
