Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Jalandhar I. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to provide information regarding courses, answer inquiries from students and parents, and manage follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, generating leads, and supporting prospective students throughout their application process. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with prospective applicants.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Experience with customer service, lead generation, or sales roles, particularly in the education sector.
Proficiency in handling data entry and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet assigned targets or goals.
Basic computer and IT skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and email communication.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset.
Previous experience in the education industry will be considered an advantage.
Graduate degree in any relevant field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience may also apply.
